Marlin Blankenship, Ph.D., PCC

Marlin Blankenship, Ph.D., PCC is an executive and mentor coach who helps new coaches build confidence, clarity, and authentic coaching presence as they pursue their ACC credential or first credential renewal. With a background in leadership development, systems thinking, and adult learning, he brings more than 25 years of experience supporting leaders and coaches across corporate, higher education, nonprofit, tribal, and emergency management settings.

Marlin is an ICF Professional Certified Coach with 1,000+ coaching hours and extensive experience training and supervising new coaches. He has designed coach training programs, taught graduate-level leadership courses, facilitated team coaching, and mentored new coaches within organizations. His background in systemic leadership, emergency management, positive psychology, and organizational development allows him to help new coaches see themselves — and their clients — through a broader, more confident, and more capable lens.

Marlin is known for creating psychologically safe, reflective spaces where emerging coaches can deepen their skill, integrate feedback with ease, and develop their unique coaching voice. His mentoring approach blends ICF competencies with practical wisdom, systemic awareness, and a supportive developmental mindset — helping new coaches grow into capable, grounded professionals.

An ICF-certified coach since 2014, Misty Chadwick, PCC, is passionate about facilitating transformation. With over 20 years of experience developing leaders and 15 years as a coach, she has designed and delivered ICF-accredited Level 1 coaching programs for diverse adult learners and mentors ACC and PCC coaches, drawing on advanced training in PCC Markers and ACC BARS.

A dynamic leadership development executive, Misty has spent more than two decades modeling, coaching, and mentoring high-potential talent in performance-driven environments. She is recognized for building cohesive teams, empowering employees through strengths-based coaching and inclusive practices, and creating value-driven learning experiences with innovative, operationally sound solutions. Skilled at coaching leaders to elevate organizational performance through people and process optimization, she is also an accomplished workshop facilitator, adept at impacting organizational culture during periods of transition and change.

Her background includes facilitating coaching programs, leading workshops on ICF core competencies, and personal and professional development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching. In addition to being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she is a Certified Group Coach (CGC).
